1. Introduction
Welcome to Villa Ljubica. These General Business Terms (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Villa Ljubica (“we”, “us”, “our”) and our guests (“you”, “your”). By making a reservation, staying at Villa Ljubica or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Reservations
2.1 Booking Confirmation: Reservations can be made online, via e-mail or by phone. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Villa Ljubica.
2.2 Paying: A full amount must be paid 21 days before arrival.
2.3 Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 22 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund of the amount.
- Cancellations made within 21 days of the arrival date will forfeit the paid amount.
- In case of a no-show, the total booking amount is non-refundable.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
3.1 Check-In: Check-in time is from 15:00. Guests are requested to provide a valid identification document upon arrival.
3.2 Check-Out: Check-out time is by 10:00. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
3.3 Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and prior approval.
4. House Rules
4.1 Noise Policy: Guests must respect the comfort of other guests and neighbors by keeping noise levels low, particularly between 23:00 and 07:00.
4.2 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the property. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
4.3 Pets: Pets are not allowed – guided dogs only.
4.4 Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.
5. Payment Terms
Payment on the website can be made via bank transfer or credit card. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any additional services requested during the stay must be paid for before departure.
6. Liability
6.1 Guest Property: Villa Ljubica is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use available safes or secure storage facilities.
6.2 Accidents: Guests must take care of the premises, especially in areas such as stairs, pools, or terraces. Villa Ljubica is not liable for accidents or injuries unless due to negligence.
7. Force Majeure
Villa Ljubica is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or other force majeure events.
8. Privacy Policy
Villa Ljubica respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Personal information collected during booking will only be used for the purposes of managing your reservation and complying with legal requirements.
